Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional food quality and guest service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Back of House team to achieve exceptional food quality and guest service standards
- Implement and maintain brand standards, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and consistency
- Monitor and control controllable costs, including stock levels, labor, and waste
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Management team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food or casual dining industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, guests, and suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
