Restaurant Operations Excellence
We are seeking a skilled Back of House Shift Leader to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and guest care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your team to achieve industry-leading guest service and food quality standards.
- Implement brand standards and policies to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and controllable costs to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Management team to drive business growth and success.
- Develop and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene standards.
- Understanding of stock management, Gp% figures, and controls.
