About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, including organizing events and activities for residents
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the lodge, including managing contractors and suppliers
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure the lodge is safe and secure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a positive and supportive community
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
