Join Our Team as a Utilities Inspector - Asset Management (Water)

RPS Group is seeking a dedicated Utilities Inspector to join our Asset Management division, concentrating on the evaluation and assessment of asset and infrastructure conditions within the Water Consulting sector in the UK.

About the Team:

The RPS Water Consulting team is composed of Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts who specialize in developing Asset Management and Operational Strategies for clients in the Water Industry. This is an opportunity to engage in a dynamic and innovative environment where collaboration and commitment are essential to fulfilling client expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections and provide detailed reports on Water and Sewage Infrastructure Assets.
  • Record essential features and pertinent information regarding health & safety protocols and structural integrity.
  • Work alongside a diverse team to meet performance indicators and facilitate business expansion.
  • Support the objectives of the Asset Management framework.
  • Employ IT proficiency for electronic documentation and utilize MS 365 applications.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in Civil or Structural Engineering Inspection and Water site operations is advantageous.
  • Capability to assess structural components, including pipe bridges and tunnels.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations is essential.
