RPS Group is pleased to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Utilities Inspector to join our Asset Management team, concentrating on the assessment and evaluation of asset and infrastructure conditions within the Water Consulting Business Stream in the UK.
Team Overview:
The RPS Water Consulting team consists of Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts dedicated to delivering Asset Management and Operational Strategy development for clients in the Water Industry. Engage in this dynamic and progressive sector, where innovation, commitment, and collaboration are essential to fulfilling client requirements.
Your Role:
- Perform inspections and document findings on Water and Sewage Infrastructure Assets
- Record characteristics and pertinent information regarding health & safety protocols and structural integrity
- Work alongside a diverse team to meet KPIs and facilitate business expansion
- Support the objectives of the Asset Management framework
- Leverage IT skills for electronic documentation and MS 365 applications
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in Civil/Structural Engineering Inspection and Water site operations is preferred
- Capability to assess structural elements, pipe bridges, and pipe tunnels
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
