Job Title: Bodyshop Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

The Bodyshop Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for providing an efficient, day-to-day inspection and auditing service within a designated regional area, ensuring quality service to RMISC customers and helping them meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough audits of bodyshops to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Compile accurate documentation following site visits, including reports and recommendations for improvement.
  3. Identify non-compliance proactively and propose effective solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
  4. Provide phone and email support between visits to address any questions or concerns.
  5. Update relevant databases to reflect current positions and ensure accurate records.
  6. Manage own work and files proactively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  7. Conduct quality checks and provide feedback as required to ensure high-quality service.
  8. Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of activities within the designated regional area, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  9. Compile regular movement and field activity reports for submission to administration, providing valuable insights and data.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality systems and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on bodyshops and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
