The successful applicant will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual capable of collaborating across various departments. This role involves providing essential assistance to the Marketing division through a diverse array of administrative and creative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Marketing and Sales departments with administrative duties, including maintaining records, performing meticulous data entry, and managing sample inventories for both pre-production and final products.

• Offering creative assistance to the marketing team by developing presentations and promotional materials for customers and retailers, including a monthly overview of public relations activities.

• Coordinating with external partners to ensure accurate and timely information flow regarding critical business areas such as product availability and updated brand details.

• Overseeing the generation of barcodes and product identifiers while ensuring that relevant spreadsheets are consistently updated.

• Conducting thorough checks of artwork for products.

• Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to gather Product Information File (PIF) data, ensuring compliance with registration requirements.

• Supporting the management of the company website, including content creation and responding to customer inquiries.

• Managing social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with some responsibilities on LinkedIn and the company blog. A knack for creatively photographing products and conceptualizing engaging content is essential.

• Providing temporary coverage for the Sales Administrator as needed, ensuring that all sales orders are processed accurately.

Essential Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient digital skills, particularly in MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Canva for social media content creation.

• A creative mindset with a willingness to contribute innovative ideas to projects.

• Understanding of high-resolution imagery and photography for effective presentations.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Self-driven and eager for professional growth.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the health and beauty or consumer goods sectors.

Knowledge of SEO practices and social media analytics.
