Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings team, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of lettings professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a lettings or property management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
