* Provide in-branch training and coaching for staff to ensure they meet company standards.
* Conduct regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals to support team development.
* Handle day-to-day inquiries, both face-to-face and via telephone, to provide excellent customer service.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards to maintain a high level of professionalism.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Responsibility and trustworthiness.
* Commercial awareness.

Knowledge & Experience:

* Previous experience in estate agency is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Proven effectiveness in achieving personal and team goals.
* Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
* Previous people management experience is desirable.
