Key Responsibilities:

* Actively pursue new business opportunities and develop effective marketing and canvassing plans.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to align sales strategies.
* Provide in-branch training and coaching for staff to ensure they meet company standards.
* Conduct regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals to support team growth and development.
* Handle day-to-day inquiries, both face-to-face and via telephone, to provide excellent customer service.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Role Specific Competencies:

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Responsibility and trustworthiness to manage sensitive information and make informed decisions.
* Commercial awareness to drive business growth and success.

Knowledge & Experience:

* Previous experience in estate agency, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
* Proven effectiveness in achieving personal and team goals, with a customer-focused approach.
* Previous people management experience is desirable, but not essential.
