EA Associates is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification and previous experience in general commercial contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of building projects, including preparing detailed breakdowns of build costs, compiling sub-contract orders, and overseeing spend on in-house and sub-contract labour and material procurement. * Preparing detailed breakdowns of build costs for each stage of work
* Compiling sub-contract orders and issuing them to contractors
* Carrying out cost and value reconciliation on all items
* Overseeing spend on in-house and sub-contract labour and material procurement
* Preparing Cost Value Comparison (Profit & Loss) notes
