Apprentice Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce accurate valuations and payment applications to ensure timely payment to our contractors.
- Conduct site surveys to provide accurate pricing and ensure that works are carried out within budget and timeframe commitments.
- Identify and cost variations to works information, ensuring that our projects remain on track.
As an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including commercial and residential developments. You will be working closely with our experienced surveyors and commercial team to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work well under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our contractors and stakeholders.
