In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Delivery and take charge of orchestrating lead generation initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition from campaign initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include designing campaigns, developing necessary assets, and managing delivery schedules. You will collaborate with delivery partners to maintain appropriate campaign pacing, oversee quality assurance, manage lead transfers, and facilitate both internal and client reporting.
You will guarantee that all leads adhere to quality benchmarks and align with the established client scope. Close collaboration with our Client Success team and external partners will be essential. Furthermore, you will manage the technical elements of executing content syndication campaigns, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, and striving to enhance syndication workflows.
This position offers a hybrid working model.
As a Campaign Operations Manager at Next 15, your responsibilities will include:
Taking comprehensive ownership of assigned campaigns, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their complete workflow. Engaging with delivery teams for support and updates, collaborating with client success teams on campaign status, and fostering strong relationships with partners to ensure they comprehend each campaign's unique requirements. Monitoring campaign effectiveness, promptly escalating issues, and working with team members to develop swift solutions. Utilizing insights to refine processes and creating mitigation strategies to prevent future occurrences. Developing campaign assets and uploading them to the Campaign Management Platform (CMP) in accordance with the established workflow. Partnering with client services teams to source appropriate assets and securing timely approvals for campaign launches. Demonstrating precision and thoroughness in all Quality Assurance (QA) tasks, taking full responsibility for the meticulous review of leads and campaigns. Becoming proficient in operational practices and technology platforms to support client delivery. Adhering to these practices and utilizing technology to ensure effective campaign execution. Proposing innovative methods to enhance the delivery team's efficiency.You will bring:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering content syndication or lead generation campaigns. Experience within a multi-service marketing agency. A solid understanding of effective operational delivery. Experience in a QA role or similar responsibilities. Knowledge of the demand generation industry, market dynamics, and client requirements. Familiarity with the Convertr lead platform or other comparable lead management systems. In return, Next 15 offers:
