Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand/Forecast System Management: Manage demand and forecast systems, collect and analyze data, create insights, challenge commercial assumptions, and collaborate on action planning and delivery.
  • Exceptional Demand Event Planning: Plan and execute demand events, including promotional calendars, new product launches, and seasonal demand.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on medium- and long-term forecast changes that may impact the business.
  • Material Planning and Procurement: Translate demand planning data into material planning data for procurement and manufacturing.
  • Supply Chain Relationship Management: Manage supply chain relationships with D2C fulfillment providers and liaise with teams to ensure material planning and performance are correct.
  • International Import/Export and Logistics: Support international import/export and associated transport procedures, working with finance and technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 Years Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, factory scheduling, material planning, and stock control.
  • Demand Planning Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of demand planning processes, procedures, and measures.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • FMCG Experience: 5 years of experience in FMCG food manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and distribution environments.
