Job Title: Stock Operations Supervisor
Reporting to: Store Director
Location: Victoria Beckham
Role Overview:
As a Stock Operations Supervisor at Victoria Beckham, you will be responsible for proactively managing the stock operations across the store, ensuring stock accuracy and managing the business supply needs. You will be the key point of contact for all stock-related matters, working closely with the Store Director and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly transfer requests and ensure timely processing of stock movements
- Handle omnichannel services, including pick up in store, ship from store, and distant sales shipments
- Support all after-sales services, including returns and exchanges
- Set and maintain high standards in back-of-house and stockroom areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Organize transfers in and out between store and warehouse, ensuring accurate and efficient stock movements
- Manage regular stock inventory, including weekly cycle counts and biannual full inventory counts
- Manage local and international shipping, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of stock
- Order stationery, packaging, and store supplies as needed
- Generate sell-through reports to inform stock replenishment and optimization
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with Visual Next and other inventory management systems
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in data processing and analysis
- Ability to assist on the shop floor as needed
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Effective prioritization and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
