About the Role

This senior-level position requires leadership of the creative team, creative project direction, and implementation across a broad portfolio of clients and projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Driving creative strategy and direction for specific project work
  • Overseeing quality control through project implementation in relation to creative output
  • Collaborating closely with internal project delivery, account management, and production teams
  • Taking the lead on pitch delivery
  • Working with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Attending events onsite to ensure effective implementation of creative solutions
  • Leading a team of creatives, including development, KPI setting, and individual growth plans
  • Allocating resource within the team and upscaling with freelancers where required
  • Supporting the Executive Creative Director on the creative direction of the business

About the Ideal Candidate

Candidates must have a background working within a creative event agency environment. The ideal candidate will have been involved in both B2B and B2C event projects with solid experience of leading on big-picture, creative strategy, and concept development. Existing experience in managing a team of creatives, including resource planning and team development, is essential. Any knowledge of motorsport events would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
