About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team at MHR. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to overcome UX challenges and deliver high-quality products.
  • Lead UX initiatives and mentor junior designers, helping them grow and excel.
  • Design user experiences that are simple, elegant, and effective, from initial research to delivery of detailed and accessible interface designs.
  • Interface with stakeholders across the business to ensure that our designs meet both customer and business needs.
  • Use a variety of tools to create prototypes that bring our ideas to life.
Requirements
  • Passion for design and a strong desire to innovate.
  • Research savvy and ability to conduct design research, from planning to synthesis.
  • Experience with iOS, Android, or both, and understanding of design guidelines and inclusive design principles.
  • Team player with ability to work well with others, value feedback, and know when to delegate or ask for help.
  • Mentorship skills and proven track record of mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives.
