Financial Reporting Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead the reporting team and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting for multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting and finance responsibilities of the reporting team.
  • Provide accurate, compliant, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to group.
  • Plan and prepare information required for quarterly and annual audits, and effectively manage the audit process with statutory auditors.
  • Prepare high-quality financial statements.
  • Plan and prepare information required for annual corporation tax returns for review by the Tax Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with group policies and procedures, actively contributing to any necessary developments.
  • Lead, support, and develop the team.

Requirements:

  • Practice-trained and ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS.
  • Experience in carrying out statutory audits.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to liaise with key stakeholders.
