Collision Repair Center Manager (Automotive Dealership)

Our client operates with an impressive annual turnover of around £250 million and employs over 700 individuals across 13 automotive dealerships and a dedicated service center nationwide, combining a strong national footprint with a commitment to local community engagement.


They provide an extensive selection of new vehicles and vans, alongside a diverse array of pre-owned and manufacturer-certified options to meet various needs and budgets.

Currently, they are seeking to appoint a Collision Repair Center Manager for their dealership.

The Collision Repair Center Manager will oversee a team of repair shop personnel.

As an experienced leader, you will possess a strong dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction while driving profitable growth.

In your role as a customer-centric manager, you will motivate your team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring that the company's financial objectives are met.

You will enhance the existing team by offering guidance, coaching, and encouragement.

Direct the daily operations of the repair center, coordinating workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Promote a culture of excellence, leading by example to uphold superior quality standards.

Engage with clients, delivering outstanding service and nurturing long-term relationships.

Manage financial plans, control expenditures, and enhance profitability without compromising quality.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of repair center staff to cultivate a high-performing team.

Demonstrated experience in a repair center management position, with a proven record of success.

Strong leadership and personnel management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.

A comprehensive understanding of repair center operations, including estimating and insurance protocols.

A commitment to continuous professional growth and staying updated on industry trends.

A relevant qualification in automotive body repair or a similar field is highly advantageous.

Proven experience in a managerial role within a repair center.

Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
