Job Title: Digital Project Administrator

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Project Administrator to join our team at Bluetownonline Ltd. As a Digital Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Team with administrative tasks associated with running projects, business admin, and customer communication.

You will be responsible for coordinating our internal customer-support-ticket system, ensuring clients receive timely responses to issues and requests raised. Additionally, you will be involved in testing web and mobile app projects, checking that they meet project specification documents and graphic designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers about project status via email and phone
  • Coordinate internal customer-support-ticket system (Jira Service Desk)
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Test web and mobile app projects
  • Liaise with external suppliers and coordinate their output with the project
  • Raise issues in project management software (Atlassian Jira)
  • Review and verify client feedback during user acceptance testing
  • Input content provided by customers onto websites
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks
  • Describe app features from wireframes and write them into project specification documents
  • Create and maintain project documentation
