We are seeking a skilled Digital Services Performance Analyst to join our team at The National Archives. As a key member of our Digital Services department, you will play a crucial role in transforming our digital services by providing actionable insights that drive business growth.
As a Digital Services Performance Analyst, you will work closely with product teams to combine user behavior data with product and service information, identifying areas for improvement and developing hypotheses to drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining web analytics tools and solutions
- Providing data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborating with developers to build analytical solutions
- Measuring outcomes in transactional environments, publishing performance, and user experience
- Supporting product teams in conversion rate optimisation and user research
We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can bring new ideas to our analytical outputs and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
This is a full-time post, with opportunities for part-time working, flexible working, and job share. A combination of onsite and home working is available, and applicants should be able to regularly travel to our Kew site.
