Digital Marketing Analyst

Sabre, a leading technology company in the travel industry, is seeking a skilled Sr Digital Marketing Analyst to join its team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing data analytics, with experience in digital platforms and Google Analytics. They will be responsible for providing analytics and insights on campaign performance, delivering regular reports and analysis to optimize campaign results, and monitoring campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation and full expenditure.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will be able to interact with high-level decision makers and travel as required (up to 10%).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytics and insights on campaign performance to support client engagements.
- Deliver regular reports, analysis, and insights to optimize campaign results.
- Monitor campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation and full expenditure.
- Build monitoring tools to alert on KPI performance vs industry benchmarks.
- Build forecast models of success to support new sales.
- Be curious about AI tools and how they can be integrated into the analytic environment to strengthen analysis, deliver insights, and build forecast models.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support renewal of existing customers and sales to new customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing data analytics, focused on digital platforms and Google Analytics.
- Experience running digital campaigns with an understanding of SEO, PPC, Online Media a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.), and a familiarity with SQL.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Robust sense of intellectual curiosity and the tenacity to experiment · Ability to interact with high-level decision makers.
- Ability to travel as required (up to 10%).
