An Automation Support Specialist with expertise in Electrical Motion Control and Actuators will engage in configuring and programming PLCs, motor drivers, and industrial communication systems, as well as conducting fault analysis, delivering training sessions, and offering product assistance.

To join the team, the Automation Support Specialist should have the following qualifications:

  • HND or Degree in an Engineering field such as Electronics or Mechatronics.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial design, support, or testing.

  • Familiarity with various electronic applications, particularly Electric Motion Control for industrial uses.
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs and programming in Ladder or Structured Text.
  • Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet IP, PROFINET, and/or IO-Link.
  • Valid driving license and passport.


The successful Automation Support Specialist will address technical inquiries, assist with customer applications, and perform fault diagnosis for a variety of products, including motion control systems and actuators.

You will also be responsible for setting up and programming PLCs, motor drivers, and industrial communication systems, embracing challenges and demonstrating confidence in a customer-facing role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create and deliver training programs and develop operating manuals. Occasional travel may be required.
