Key Qualifications:
To be a successful candidate for the Electronics Support Specialist position, you should have:
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Degree in an Engineering field such as Electronics or Mechatronics.
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial design, support, or testing.
Essential Skills:
Candidates should possess:
- Knowledge of various electronic applications, particularly Electric Motion Control for industrial use.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with PLCs and programming languages such as Ladder Logic or Structured Text.
- An understanding of industrial communication protocols like EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and/or IO-Link.
- A valid driving license and passport.
Role Responsibilities:
The successful Electronics Support Specialist will:
- Address technical inquiries and assist with customer applications.
- Conduct fault diagnosis for a variety of products, including motion control systems and actuators.
- Set up and program PLCs, motor drivers, and industrial communication systems.
- Embrace challenges and confidently engage in customer-facing interactions.
- Create and deliver training sessions and develop operational manuals.
- Occasionally travel within Europe as part of the role.
Compensation and Benefits:
