Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at i2i Recruitment Consultancy. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Log support tickets for all issues flagged, including daily checks
  • Manage incidents and requests, escalating to third-line support when necessary
  • Process requests, including new starters, leavers, and movers
  • Build laptops and smartphone handsets to team standards
  • Host inductions for new employees
  • Assist with employee moves, meeting room setups, and new office installations
  • Equipment fault finding, troubleshooting, testing, repair, or dispatch for repair
  • Maintain inventory records
Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience working in IT
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 (configuration and support)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in supporting and communicating at all levels of the business
  • Active Directory user management
  • Entra ID user management
  • General understanding of LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS
