Job Title: A&E Night Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A&E Night Nurse to join our team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our care team during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Supervise the Care Team: You will be responsible for leading and supervising our care team during night shifts, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
  • General Nursing Duties: You will be responsible for performing general nursing duties, including wound care, general observations, and blood sugar testing.
  • Relationship Building: You will build great relationships with our residents, their families, and other parties in contact with them, including doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Shift Details:

The night shift will run from 20:00 to 08:00.
