Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of baristas and store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and security
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and develop skills
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
