About the Role:
Think Specialist Recruitment is collaborating with a global organization to present an exciting opportunity for a Stock Analyst within their Material Management division.
This organization operates in the healthcare sector, and we are seeking several candidates with experience in supply chain management or analytical roles in the medical field.
This position is offered as a temporary contract with the potential for transition into a permanent role.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is £19.
Work Schedule:
Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the ordering, receipt, storage, and utilization of products on-site.
2. Ensure accuracy in master and inventory data and execute all related processes.
3. Coordinate and facilitate validation activities.
4. Manage returns to suppliers effectively.
5. Generate reports and monitor consumption trends.
6. Initiate continuous improvement projects.
7. Assess stock levels for new product introductions.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience in a supply chain setting or a hospital environment.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK.
- Proficient in Excel and the MS Office suite.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in project or change management.
- Proven ability in data analysis and a strong affinity for numbers.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel is essential, as this role necessitates daily on-site presence in clinical areas during weekdays, with occasional weekend work for cycle counts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- General understanding of healthcare practices and standards.
- Previous experience in an international, multi-layered organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
