About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our Sky Protect team. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our pricing strategies through cutting-edge analysis and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize internal and external data sources to perform analyses and make change recommendations
  • Gain an understanding of the insurance market and use various sources to identify and describe changing behaviors
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and ratings using new and innovative techniques
  • Assist in the implementation of price changes and the monitoring of their impacts
  • Ensure control and governance processes are followed, with all necessary documentation in place
  • Collaborate with a small, focused pricing team within the broader Sky Protect team
Requirements
  • A creative mindset, ambition, and a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to apply a range of tools and techniques to drive impactful improvements
  • An understanding of, or a keen interest in, modeling techniques and their strengths and limitations
  • Solid organizational skills, ensuring delivery on time, even under tight deadlines
  • The ability to clearly explain complex concepts to a wide audience across Sky
  • A strong academic foundation in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics or Statistics
  • High numeracy skills and confidence with analytical methods and techniques
  • Knowledge of Python (a plus but not essential)
