Disrupt Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our team in Redditch. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end design, including 3D and 2D conceptual design.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled designer who can inspire others and take our creative to a new level. You will be accountable for design studio environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, work style, and other elements that support our strategic goals and brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and respond creatively to client design briefs
  • Deliver strategic communication solutions through design that help our clients attain their long-term needs
  • Translate client briefs, marketing goals, and information into strategic brand concepts
  • Produce client presentations that are professional, engaging, persuasive, and supported by data
  • Collaborate and contribute to the creative process as part of the creative team
  • Attend design pitch presentations with Sales and/or Account Director
  • Manage graphic content from client files to ensure file sizes and quality
  • Be available for worldwide travel to cover project teams in times of event crossover
Requirements
  • Exemplary communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project-management skills
  • Experience in creating strategies and projects from developing vision and message
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business and client objectives
  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as SketchUp Pro, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Vectorworks
