Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team at Acorn by Synergie. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the purchase and sales ledgers, maintaining cashbooks, and ensuring accurate reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Ledger:
- Verify and check invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Send invoices for approval to relevant departments.
- Input approved invoices into the system.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Sales Ledger:
- Prepare and issue sales invoices promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile customer receipts and update ledgers accordingly.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Cashbooks:
- Input and maintain cashbooks to track financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts regularly to ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience with purchase ledger, sales ledger, and cashbooks.
- Familiarity with SAP B1 is highly advantageous.
