Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team at Acorn by Synergie. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the purchase and sales ledgers, maintaining cashbooks, and ensuring accurate reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase Ledger:
    • Verify and check invoices for accuracy and completeness.
    • Send invoices for approval to relevant departments.
    • Input approved invoices into the system.
    • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Sales Ledger:
    • Prepare and issue sales invoices promptly and accurately.
    • Reconcile customer receipts and update ledgers accordingly.
    • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Cashbooks:
    • Input and maintain cashbooks to track financial transactions.
    • Reconcile bank accounts regularly to ensure financial accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience with purchase ledger, sales ledger, and cashbooks.
  • Familiarity with SAP B1 is highly advantageous.
