Salary Range: £85-£100 based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small group assistance to students with special educational needs.
- Support the creation and execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Work collaboratively with educators and staff to maintain an inclusive classroom setting.
- Assist students in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Track and document student progress, offering constructive feedback to educators and families.
- Help manage classroom behavior and contribute to a positive learning environment.
