Position: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield
Salary: £85-£100 based on experience and qualifications
Contract: Full-time
Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small group assistance to students with special educational needs.
- Help in the formulation and execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Work collaboratively with educators and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Support students in developing their social, emotional, and academic abilities.
- Track and document student progress, offering feedback to educators and families.
- Assist in maintaining classroom order and providing behavioral support.

Qualifications:
