GSL Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to enhance our supportive team in a Primary School setting. Our institution is committed to fostering diversity and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all learners, particularly those with special educational needs.

Primary Duties:
- Offer individualized and small group assistance to students with special educational needs.
- Aid in the formulation and execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Work collaboratively with educators to cultivate an inclusive classroom.
- Promote the social, emotional, and academic growth of students.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Help with classroom management and behavioral guidance.
