Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the spiritual growth and development of the community, fostering a sense of belonging and connection among parishioners.
  • Collaborate with the PCC and other stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic plan for the parish, aligning with the diocese's mission and vision.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to the community, addressing the needs of individuals and families.
  • Build relationships with neighboring parishes and community organizations, promoting interfaith dialogue and cooperation.
  • Develop and deliver innovative programs and initiatives to engage the community, promote social inclusion, and address deprivation.

Requirements:
