About CRM Marketing and Your Role
Customer Relationship Management is the process of managing interactions with existing and prospective customers during their customer lifecycle, commonly through various channels. Through these interactions, you will be able to understand more about the customers and their behavior through first-party data and other data points.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute CRM campaigns and key performance metrics across a suite of global clients.
- Act as a liaison for client account teams and other channel owners to devise database growth tactics to ensure consistent database growth.
- Manage and deliver CRM campaigns to retain customers across all stages of their lifecycle.
- Evaluate and evolve campaigns based on data analysis, testing strategies, and audience insight to ensure databases are kept engaged through communication.
- Develop data-driven Customer Journey innovation programs to ensure customers are being targeted at each point in the customer lifecycle.
- Maintain and lead relationships with established clients and have responsibility in the production and assistance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, as well as highlighting any key insights or trends.
- Potential training, development, and management of direct reports to deliver their objectives with the support of the CRM Manager.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' CRM experience (desired but essential)
- Degree-level qualification in marketing or a similar sector
- Experience in creating email campaigns
- An ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Applied understanding of lifecycle development and optimization
- A desire to learn
- Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders both internally and externally
