Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Gradfuel. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders
  • Source and select high-quality candidates for client roles, ensuring a strong match between candidate skills and client requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve recruitment services
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other recruitment tools
