About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Next Step Talent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment in the Technology and Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and deliver top-tier candidates for permanent and contract recruitment opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
About You

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will have:

A proven track record of success in recruitment, with a consistent billable performanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidatesA strong understanding of the Technology and Energy sectors, with a keen eye for talent and a ability to identify top candidatesA collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goalsWhat We Offer
