About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Search. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the legal recruitment market and will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience
  • Source and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients' roles
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on the recruitment process and candidate progress
