Job Title: Personal Assistant - IRANY

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and flexible Personal Assistant to support an individual with Autism and learning difficulties in accessing their local community and forming new connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical and social assistance to enable the individual to maintain their independence while out in the community.
  • Accompany the individual on trips to shops, swimming, and other activities, promoting social interaction and connection.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, as required, to support the individual's autonomy.
  • Work flexible hours, including occasional short notice, to accommodate the individual's needs.

Requirements:

  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Ability to provide physical and social support to the individual.
  • Desirable: driving licence, although not essential.
  • Subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.
