About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to achieve our care home's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Work closely with the clinical team to support the delivery of care plans and reviews
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and reviews, ensuring they are tailored to individual resident needs
  • Support the Deputy General Manager in achieving care home goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
