Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Studio Manager to join our team at White Space Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our garden design studio in West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support to the studio, including checking emails, taking telephone calls, diary management, filing, and keeping client files up to date.
  • Marketing and PR: Maintain the company website and social media presence, assist with photographic shoots, and engage in general PR activities.
  • Project Administration: Liaise with landscape contractors, plant nurseries, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Build effective working relationships with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Good understanding of social marketing and ability to maintain a strong online presence.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Interest in Design and/or Gardens: While not essential, a passion for design and/or gardens is desirable.
