Housekeeping Attendant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring they are always cleaned to brand standards.
- Report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and public areas through our KnowCross system.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas adhere to our brand standards and quality audit standards.
- Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of exterior areas, including guest entrances and loading bay areas.
- Oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis.
- Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, ensuring storage areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
- Ensure all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and report any breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
- Attend all required training sessions.

- High level of verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our rooms meet our high standards.
