Key Responsibilities

  • Meet personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to overall store performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by following the end-to-end customer journey
  • Ensure the store remains commercially viable by adhering to company guidelines
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store
  • Perform other duties as required by the management team

Requirements for Success

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • Possess a passion for retail and sales
  • Desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to perform basic math and general retail operational processes
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
