Your primary responsibility will be to assist the client with her rehabilitation programme, promoting her independence and well-being. This will involve providing personal and domestic care, therapy exercises, and social and leisure activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the client with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Support the client with therapy exercises and activities to promote independence and mobility
  • Accompany the client on social and leisure outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of the client's progress and needs
  • Participate in manual handling procedures as specified for the client
Requirements
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Dependable and professional, with a strong commitment to discretion
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS and enrol in the DBS update service
