Job Title: Chief Growth Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our growth strategy and drive sustained year-on-year expansion for Publicis Health UK. As Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, expanding our client roster, and enhancing the scope of existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and client intelligence to identify new business targets and areas of differentiation.
  • Expand existing client revenue across disciplines and agencies, through strategic and data-driven decision making.
  • Build strong relationships with identified clients and drive high-quality work to enable organic growth.
  • Identify and convert growth opportunities beyond current remit, leveraging a detailed understanding of client needs.
  • Manage Business Development and External Engagement teams, fostering a positive culture and recruiting top talent.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for people and client management, fostering an inclusive, ambitious culture.
  • Champion succession planning to identify, manage, and retain key talent.
