About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Services Assistant to join our patient services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate effective communication with patients, ensuring they access the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide general assistance to the practice team, projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors.
  • Process appointment requests, deal with home visit requests, and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure building security and maintain a thorough knowledge of practice procedures.
Person Specification
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a busy and multi-functional team.
  • Call centre experience or equivalent, with a working knowledge of the telephone system.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and data, with a minimum of three years' experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Good standard of education and a thorough knowledge of all practice procedures.
