Programmatic Director Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Programmatic Director to lead our EMEA programmatic efforts, working closely with a collaborative team to drive client performance and innovation.

As the Programmatic Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing programmatic campaigns across EMEA regions, collaborating with another Programmatic Director
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, leading senior-level meetings to discuss programmatic strategy and campaign activity
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of programmatic capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting them to clients and the team
  • Developing programmatic strategies to achieve core business goals
  • Leading strategic test and learn initiatives and conducting quarterly business reviews in collaboration with the broader team
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key programmatic partners, including tech, media, data, and other stakeholders
  • Promoting programmatic products and solutions that align with clients' objectives and drive programmatic excellence
  • Building trusted relationships with both day-to-day and senior clients, providing exemplary client service
  • Proactively managing client accounts and identifying opportunities to enhance their business outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as a Senior Manager or Programmatic Director in a digital/media agency setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with global and regional clients effectively
  • Deep hands-on experience with major demand-side platforms, with Xander DSP activation a plus
  • Proficient in commercial management of accounts, including booking, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Proven track record of optimizing account performance and achieving results
  • Experience integrating offline media into programmatic strategies
  • Experience managing international accounts
