About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Options Autism, a part of the Outcomes First Group. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Accompanying individuals to appointments and activities, promoting social interaction and engagement
  • Completing relevant paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans
