Job Title: Adult Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team at Options Autism, a part of the Outcomes First Group. Our residential home in Lindale, Grange over Sands, provides a supportive environment for young adults with complex needs.

About the Role

As an Adult Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and happiness of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized care and support to our residents
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
